GoConcealedCarry.com is an independent, privately owned educational resource. We are not affiliated with any state, local, or federal government agency, and we do not issue concealed carry permits.
How we make money
We feature paid advertising partners, most prominently RushMyConceal, and may earn a commission when you click a partner link or complete a partner purchase. Partner sections are clearly labeled as sponsored. Editorial content is written independently of what a partner pays. Some pages on this site carry no partner link at all, and those pages say so.
How we source state information
State law summaries are compiled from state statutes and from official state agency sources, meaning each state's Attorney General, State Police, Department of Public Safety, or equivalent licensing authority. We do not rely on blogs, forums, affiliate sites, or industry commentary for any legal statement on this site. Where a statute and a third-party tracker disagree, we follow the state's own published position. Summaries were last reviewed in Q3 2026. Laws change frequently, so always confirm with your state's issuing authority before acting.
How we write about other companies
We do not name any company as a scam or a bad actor. Reporting and consumer complaints are not the same thing as a court judgment or a government enforcement action, and we will not treat them as if they were. Our consumer guidance describes deceptive patterns so you can check any offer yourself, including ours, against a government source. If a regulator or a court ever acts against a specific company, we will report that action factually and cite it.
What our quiz does and does not do
The eligibility quiz is a plain-English summary tool. It does not approve, pre-approve, or qualify you for a permit. Only your state or local licensing authority can determine eligibility and issue a permit.
