Acceptance
By accessing or using GoConcealedCarry.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who operates this site
GoConcealedCarry.com is owned and operated by High Performance Media LLC, PO Box 721, Canyon, TX 79015. We are an independent advertising and information business, not a government agency, a law firm, or a permit issuer.
Informational purpose only
Everything on this site, including the quiz, the state summaries, and the reciprocity map, is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Concealed carry laws are complex and change frequently. For advice about your specific situation, consult a licensed attorney in your state.
State law and reciprocity information
We compile state summaries and reciprocity information from state statutes and official state agency sources, and we review them periodically. Reciprocity between states changes, sources sometimes conflict, and errors are possible. Nothing on this site is a determination that you may lawfully carry anywhere. Before carrying in any state, verify that state's current requirements with its own official agency. You are responsible for complying with the law of every state you enter.
No permit issuance
GoConcealedCarry does not issue concealed carry permits and is not a government agency. Only state and local authorities can issue permits.
Advertising partners
The site features RushMyConceal as an advertising partner. We may receive compensation when you use links to RushMyConceal or other partners. Partner links are labeled accordingly. We are not responsible for the products, services, pricing, or representations of any partner, and a partner relationship is not an endorsement of any outcome. Your transaction with a partner is between you and that partner.
Accuracy of self-reported answers
Results are generated from the answers you provide. Inaccurate answers will produce inaccurate results. Final eligibility is determined solely by the issuing authority in your state.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Performance Media LLC and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law and venue
These Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction over Randall County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
